GeoMesh2

A closed shape of the plane broken into faces that share their corners: triangles, the cells of a grid, strips or convex pieces, as MeshKind says.

Every face is a simple polygon with no hole, running counter-clockwise, given by the indexes of its corners in Vertices. The faces lie within the shape's material and cover it without overlapping, holes left open, and meet edge to edge: a corner of one face standing on the side of another is a corner of that one too, so two faces side by side share the same edge, run the two ways round. Such a corner may leave a face with three corners in a row. The mesh is immutable.

Mesh2

Breaking the closed shapes of the plane into the faces of a GeoMesh2: triangles, the cells of a grid, strips or convex pieces.

MeshOptions

How a closed shape of the plane is meshed: the kind of faces, and for a grid the size of its cells, the joints between them and where the grid stands.

The options are immutable, so one instance can be shared between threads and kept as a setting. The factories give the usual ones: Triangles, Grid(double, double, double, GridAlignment, GridAlignment), Strips(double) and Convex; the constructor gives the rest, a turned grid among them.

Enums

GridAlignment

Where a grid stands along one of its axes against the shape it is laid over, measured between the shape's two furthest corners along that axis.

MeshKind

How a closed shape of the plane is broken into the faces of a GeoMesh2.
