Gets the edge turned about a point.

Parameters

angleRad double

How far to turn it, in radians, counter-clockwise.

center GeoPoint2

The point to turn it about.

Returns

GeoEdge2

The turned edge, bulged exactly as this one is.

Remarks

Turning bends nothing, so the bulge is untouched: it measures the arc against its own chord, which turns with it.
