Checks whether the triangle has no area, using the default tolerance.

Remarks

The test is on twice the area, the cross product of two edges, against the vector tolerance, as IsDegenerate(Tolerance) tests its area vector. A sliver whose vertices are far apart but almost in a row is caught by the same threshold as three coincident points.
