Extend(double, LineEnd)

Lengthens the arc along itself at one end, keeping its centre and radius.

Remarks

The distance is arc length and not chord, which is the only reading that leaves the curve where it was. A negative distance takes length away, and an extension past a whole turn is refused.

Lengthens the arc along itself at one end, within a tolerance.
