This chain.

The chain that may continue it.

tolerance Tolerance

The tolerance.

GeoPolyline2

The joined chain, or null when the two do not meet end to start.

Remarks

Null rather than an exception, because not meeting is the ordinary case: walking the pieces of a cut run, this is exactly what tells one stretch from the next.
