Projects a point onto the surface of an oriented box, never returning a point inside it.

For a point outside the box this agrees with ProjectToObb(GeoObb3, GeoPoint3). For a point inside, the answer is on the face it is nearest to, which is the question to ask when measuring clearance to a wall from within a room.
